PROCESSING TIME

For items in stock, we ship within 1-3 business days. If there is a prior arrangement for an email/invoice order or items out of stock, we will communicate the estimated ship times through email.

If there is an issue with your order (such as address or payment issues), we will email you as soon as possible to correct any issues. Be advised this process may delay your processing time.

Periods of high volume (sales and promotions) may take longer to process and fulfill orders. We ask for your patience while we process these orders in a timely matter.

SHIPPING TIME

Shipping times start after the processing time has been completed.

Orders are shipping through USPS Priority Mail. Please be advised due to COVID 19 and pandemic related delays, there may be additional time added by USPS to shipping time.

Tracking information will be sent to the email you provide with your order. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving tracking information to be activated on the USPS website.

REFUNDS/RETURNS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of the product, no returns/exchanges are allowed. We pride ourselves in offering only new and unused products. This is a safety precaution for staff and our customers. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us either on the site contact tab or via email at [email protected]  to discuss within 3 days of delivery.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages once it is in possession of USPS. All hair orders require Signature Confirmation. In any event you will not be home or have someone available to sign for the package, please reach out to USPS customer service for alternative arrangements at Email: USPS® Customer Service
